“Our family gathered together with their families at this beautiful house in the woods of Iowa City. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, we were wonderfully surprised by the well stocked items in the kitchen and availability to use and enjoy everything that was inside for us use as well. Then outside.. ponds trees and to be able to walk about and enjoy all the surrounding areas! The host was very accommodating to us as well!”

“Our four-star rating (instead of 5) is circumstantial. The purpose for our vacation was to experience tubing on the Coralville Reservoir. We took our small boat with us and had no place to keep it in the water or conveniently park it on the trailer. If that information had been readily available, we might have made other plans. The property is beautiful! The location, north of Iowa City and south of Dubuque, was perfect. If you are happy looking at the water (not being in it), choose this...
