“Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb. Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous. Excellent wine selection and utterly superb soft drink (bottles in the fridge) range. Breakfast was really good. Yoghurt, fruits and cereal, then cooked...

“Convenient for the Haynes Museum and The Air museum. The rooms not as nice as we expected. Very dark and dated. The toilet was loose on the floor and there was no hot water in the sink, our room didn’t have curtains but shutters which meant if you made it private you couldn’t have any fresh air and it was very hot! Breakfast was okay. Beautiful wisteria growing in the courtyard ”

“Cute cottage, not for anyone mobility challenged. Very hot bedroom, didn't sleep much because of that (need lighter weight duvets), shame as otherwise lovely room & very quiet. Lovely to eat supper overlooking the field of sheep and lambs. Food was average. Pub chairs could be more comfy. Breakfast rather small (a full english was one mushroom, 1 small sausage, 1/2 tomato, scrambled egg & 2 very crispy bits of bacon. Had to request toast. Cold option was lovely but limited, juice, granola,...
