“ - nice big room. Has shower and claw foot tub. Lovely grounds. The room was a bit cold but the owner gave me a heater to use. The place was hard to find as it was on a tiny road next to the regular highway. Free parking. Owner very nice. Made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was perfect”

“Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb. Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous. Excellent wine selection and utterly superb soft drink (bottles in the fridge) range. Breakfast was really good. Yoghurt, fruits and cereal, then cooked...

“Tom and the rest of the team could not have been more lovely and accommodating. I 100% recommend the Alexandra Hotel in Weymouth and my partner and I are already looking forward to our next visit. We would love to stay there again. The hotel is a grade 2 listed building full of character, with the most amazingly comfortable sofas in the lounge. The guest notes are full of humour and show how much the owners care about the hotel, the guests, the environment and everyone having a lovely holiday...

“Fantastic little hotel, with fabulous views out to sea. Hosts very friendly & helpful. Coffee etc with fresh milk in mini fridge, & cookies in the room. Warm, clean room. Small bathroom, but clean & nice towels. Great breakfast, with good quality sausage & bacon. Excellent position in town. Free parking in nearby carpark using hotel's parking permit.”
