“When i showed up to the property to check in , there was nobody there. I called a for sale sign and the agent was nice enough to contact the owner. The owner called me.back. i texted him a copy of my reservation in which he told.me my reservation looked like a scam and that he already had the Villa booked. He suggested i contact Travelocity. Travelocity was no help before or after. Everytime i wrote to them asking for help.contacting the host , they would write and say they were...

“A/C was SO loud we couldn’t turn it on when we were there or going to sleep. Turned it on when we left to cool it for our return. Just awful. Please fix it. Lovely place but AC has got to be fixed. Never received checkin info so we waited for 15-20 min at 11:30pm to find out how to get in. Fortunately someone called us back and was helpful”
