This isn't the fault of apartment management, but did cause us some anxiety, the interior of the building was very dirty & smelled unpleasant. We had problems with the passcodes to enter the building. We received prompt replies from management. Residents of the bullding let us in & after that the key fob worked. This has nothing to do with”

“The lot was great and accurately described. However as a first time Vrbo user and loft renter I never received any check in details and I assumed there’d be a check in desk or something like a hotel. It took over 2 hrs of searching circling knocking on surrounding businesses doors only to eventually realize there was a second email sent from the property manager to verify identity before receiving check in instructions. That being said, the kids missed the event we had planned for that evening....
