“This property was advertised on a hotel booking site, with hotel pricing and hotel taxes and fees, so was expecting maybe a bottle of water or a coffee pod to give it the hotel feel. I was required to take out the trash prior to departure - shouldn’t be my job as the guest.”

“Very clean, comfortable, home! Excellent communication from the host. Juice, Snacks and Coffee that was provided was appreciated. Hot Tub was a great addition! Plenty of towels for a large family and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, very clean! Nice having a garage to park in as it was cold and snowing. Convenient location to the springs and Garden of the Gods. We took a day and drove to the mountains for skiing. We are frequent visitors to the springs; we will definitely be staying here...

“We had 11 of us for a week and had a wonderful stay. House is amazing and as advertised. All we needed to cook, est and relax. Close to town and family fun. Hosts were easy to work with and very helpful. Highly recommended.”

"M gustó mucho hay diversión variada para los niños y los adultos las avitaciones están cómodas y buen confort hay variedades de precios y las tiendas lo que uno necesita mi estancia estuvo exelente muchas gracias el muchacho que me atendió en la resección muy amable y balaba poquito español eso me gustó y me senti bien atendida "

"Loved the scenery and hotel and it was a wonderful place to have a nice view of Garden of the gods before visiting the park. However, the service was average for the kind of extremely high price they charge. Room was beautiful! but I fortunately found dust on the desk and the floor and a stain on a towel and I told the clerk as we checked out and she didn’t even apologize for that. The Grand View restaurant is simply amazing to enjoy the afternoon view but our waitress was not so good. Bummer! "
