“Loved loved loved Talmadge’s. This is a unique little farmhouse with all the up to date amenities. Close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Check in and check out was a breeze. In combination of the extra touches, visiting with Mr. Clubbs, one of the host, and the book on the coffee table about Talmadge’s gave us the feeling of belonging as a posed to renting. We would and have been recommending Talmadge’s. ”

“We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. We had a great graduation experience and made happy memories.”

“This is the best location to see the elk. The property was clean, beautifully updated, and Mattie is a great host. Very detailed oriented and we had fresh flowers, coffee, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, hot tub, bbq grill. Great stay!”
