“This downstairs unit is large, clean, a few blocks from downtown and reasonably priced. The few things needed in it are pointed out in several reviews and hopefully the owner will implement some nice none are costly to make the place great....bench or small table for suitcase, hooks at least for clothing, bedside lamps so the harsh overheads not needed at night, bathroom mirror that one can actually use without huge sink in the way”

“Quiet and clean”

“My husband and I wanted a quiet, comfortable place to stay that was close to downtown Eureka Springs, but outside the traffic/crowds. The Tuscan Manor was perfect, even better than we could've hoped for! Mark was an absolutely wonderful host. The room & property overall were beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The area was quiet and relaxing, and we were wishing we had a longer stay just to enjoy more of the property. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“This is our second time staying here. It is a beautiful, clean, pet friendly home in an amazing location, with a great hostess. You can walk to the downtown and enjoy all the sites of beautiful Eureka Springs! The balcony is wonderful and fun to sit outside. We rented both upstairs and the downstairs rooms in the main house, so we would have privacy. The bottom room is more private than the top. When you rent the top room, it is literally open the room door and you are in the common area. Keep...

“We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. ”
