“My family of 4 traveled to Dallas for a Cowboys game. This property was a great location for that, as we were able to walk to the stadium, which was wonderful! The property was clean, enough room for 4 people comfortably and communication was great with the property manager. The only thing I would say to consider would be to bring everything you need - we had to go by soap, extra blankets etc. This was fine, and maybe I should have asked prior to coming, but our past stays at other...

“This property was perfect for our family. We loved the industrial feel it had. There was plenty of space for us but not a lot of rooms to feel divided. Having 1 bathroom was a challenge but we made a plan a head of time with taking showers. Yes, there are some homeless around but we did not feel threatened in any way or unsafe. To me, that"s just assumed with downtown properties. Which bringa me to my next pro, we were in close proximity or a short drive to Downtown, Deep Ellum, SMU & the mall....

“Central location to everything. Great property and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. A lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Travel often for work and will likely book this property again on my next trip. Only downside was parking but I parked in the open lot next to buffalo bros on the backside of main street and spent less than 40 to park for a Sun thru Wed trip”

“There were only two bath towels and one face towel in the unit for 2 people. More towels please. Please pay more attention to the cleaning of the bathrooms. The broom was left with hair, maybe from the previous tenant or cleaning. A dish towel should be included in the kitchen supplies. Homeless camp at across the street, no problems. Appreciate the modern appliances. The location was was great in proximity to the KB Convention Center. Well lighted.”

“SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel”
