“Unexpected nice hotel.clean bedding and towels. Big tub ,spotless shower place.generous in room drink provided.Nice breakfast, milk and juice in glass bottles! Hotel did try to provide good service. Also Ocean view is a big plus. So close to night time penguins viewing too.I am very happy to have close encounters with the penguins for free without commercial tour and crowds.”

“Wonderful experience at Tranquilles. Friendly service from Bev from the moment I checked in and during my 2-day stay there. Comfortable bedding and clean room and facilities. Bev is an amazing hostess - she catered for the birthday function I attended at Tranquilles, serving delicious Thai food as well as the amazing birthday cake.
