There are no reception staff - but very clear instructions regarding access to the property are sent to you before arrival and further information is provided in the room. We were here for one night and it was ideal for our short stay. ”

“Excellent check in staff, but found all staff polite and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. We had a lake view and had been pre informed of the scaffolding outside our window, it did block the view but not too much. Unfortunately the very misty morning put paid to any view but obviously that’s nature. Would definitely return ”
“The place is very good located at the heart of the city. Just 10 minute walk to Oxford-Road train station and 15 minute walk or less to Picadilly Station. There are lots of restaurants and take aways close to the place. City Center is just 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is pretty good and personnel very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is average, I think it should be imporved. Overall stay was grat ! Thanks !”

“We stayed with our dog - very late arrival and paid for late check out. It was nicer than we expected and the staff and services were all great. Very comfy bed. We had lunch the next day and the food (Chicken Caesar Salad especially!) was all lovely and the staff exceptional. Nice gardens. Loads of parking.
I’d been worried it wasn’t going to be as nice as the photos since their own website doesn’t work on Apple products, it seemed strange!
