We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. “Do not stay at this location. I paid in full to stay for one night and the host messaged me after the fact that I could not stay. I had to call VRBO for 3 days to get my refund underway. Do not stay here you will just lose your money.”

“I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated.
