“A major concern and dangerous issue is the sliding doors. They don't lock properly at all and anyone can access the property at anytime. The front is surrounded by sliding glass doors and a few of them don't lock. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes from the previous renter. There is low water pressure in the showers and a broken handle on the first level shower. Exiting on the parking side the door can't be locked from the outside requiring tenants to walk around the block to get to a...

“Swim park amenities are only open Thursday through Sunday - property description needs to be corrected! Oven was broken - reported to Vacasa but not repaired. No instructions regarding digital thermostats or entertainment system. Bottom Line - we will not stay in any property managed by Vacasa going forward. In addition, we would not recommend the Reserve at Lake Travis unless you plan to stay Thursday through Sunday.”
