“Excellent property with friendly & helpful staff except for one incident at breakfast time. My wife wanted to eat an item from the bar for breakfast. The male supervisor did not allow it - his reason was that food from the bar cannot be eaten at the restaurant- which was literally a couple of steps away from each other. Even my wife’s suggestion to pay for it at the bar & bring the item herself to the restaurant was disallowed. To us, it’s totally baffling, unreasonable & nonsensical. ...

“The location is perfect for us. Also the last two times we stayed, we were on ground floor, which is good for us as there are no lifts. When we checked out the first time the receptionist was happy to book us a similar room. We appreciated this. All in all very happy and would gladly recommend this hotel.”
