“Everything about this house was wonderful and the house is amazing. Fully equipped, clean and organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and the property was spotless when we arrived. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. The owner of the property is a wonderful communicator and keeps in contact with you. I would most definitely stay here again! ”

“Our stay was phenomenal!! My friend and I stayed in Louisville for the Louder than Life festival and this spot was absolutely perfect! The space is exactly as advertised, comfortable and spacious. It was super clean. The pool/courtyard area is beautiful! The building in general is so secure, which made the stay so comfortable. We could fully relax without worrying. The location is so prime!! About a block or so away from 4th Street Live, this really cool downtown hang out spot. We went out there...

“This gem has it all! Whether a soak in the spacious hot tub under the stars to sitting around the fire table out on 1 of 3 levels of deck & even in the rain as it is covered. Playing a game of ping pong or cornhole in the game-room or one of many board games provided or cooking a meal in the beautiful fully stocked kitchen to just lounging & watching a movie on the big screen. Check In & Out process was simple & communication too-notch. Highly recommend - Don’t hesitate - You won’t disappointed!”
