“Was a great place to stay and conveniently close to where I had to be for the past 9 days!”

“Location was great and convenient to plenty of food options and bars. Can be a bit loud lat on the weekends due to the bar across the street and motorcycles on Baxter, but war plugs were provided and did the trick. Only other issues noticed was the oven didn’t work and one of the burners on the stove wouldn’t light, but these were not an issue for us as we just cooked on one burner. The unit is very spacious and feels like home.”

“My husband and I were in Louisville to watch a track meet. We had everything we needed, no detail left out. The loft was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed listening to some of the old records on the player. Loved having laundry on site. ”

“This was a great location a few blocks from the excitement of the Bourbon Trail and waterfront activities. Short walk or easy Ubers. Due to colder and rainy weather we did not get to experience the roof top. My husband has balance issues and he was able to handle the wide spiral staircase. The owner provides coffee/tea included. Then other snack or beverage items are setup on a payment honor system for your enjoyment. Location is very secure.”

“My family loved staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for my husband and I along with our 23 year old and 15 year old. Each kid had their own room! The included parking spot in the parking garage across the street is a huge plus! We were very close to all of the downtown places we wanted to visit. Communication with the owners was great! “All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail.”

“Location is everything and this VRBO has everything! Really great for adults doing the Bourbon Trail and enjoying the NULU area. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom which is a huge bonus to adult friends traveling together. The unit is SO walkable (and safe) to all the happening restaurants and bars in NULU. Very clean and comfortable with great decor. Thanks Sean for answering all my questions with speed, you are a wonderful host!”
