“We had an amazing while staying here! The loft was extremely clean and cozy. The location was perfect for accessing Fourth street live and was in walking distance to many of the attractions in the area. Would definitely stay again!! ”

“Arrival instructions were more involved than expected, but the host provided plain, detailed directions.The inside of the apartment was spectacular! Stylish, modern, neat, well-equipped, and spotless. Great location for our visit to Louisville!The terrace was listed as private, but that was misleading. There are at least 6-8 units that are side by side and the terrace has no dividers between the “private” areas. Nothing to block the line of sight nor someone from walking into our “private” area...

“It was such a pleasant experience staying here! The loft was in a perfect location & the host was so quick to respond whenever I messaged him with questions. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“This apartment was walking distance to most of the distilleries in downtown Louisville. It had everything that we needed.We couldn’t figure out the TV to watch some of the NFL games. Not a big deal, we ended up playing some games.Highly recommend this condo!”

“Booking, checkin, etc. Was easy. The property was clean.The king si,e bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my husband slept on the couch and I didn't sleep weel. The lication is convenient and close to great bars and restaurants but at night was EXTREMELY loud until 2:30 a.m. then extremely quiet ”

“Nicely renovated and furnished condo. Could use a few amenities as other places provide, ie: a measuring cup for coffee, more than 1 roll of toilet paper and a place to hang your towels. We had the unfortunate luck of arriving during a snowstorm and experienced some issues with the heating but David was responsive to our questions and we understand the problems that come with an older property. ”

“The property is located in a nice, safe neighborhood. The off street parking was great. Lots of board games for the kids' to play with. Great communication with the host. We travel to Louisville twice a year for the Farm show and Livestock show and would definitely try staying there again (I actually tried to book it for our trip in Feb before we left but it's already booked) Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Louisville. ”
