“If you love historic districts in cities, this apartment is for you. It is well-appointed and conveniently located to many Louisville attractions. It is especially great if you want to be near the University of Louisville or the downtown distilleries. For us it was a great location to visit relatives off Bardstown Road and in Southern Indiana. ”

“I am not able to fully rate the property, since we were unable to stay here due to the significant snowfall in Louisville. Despite that, I did want to pass along praise for the host, James! He was a great communicator throughout and incredibly helpful in every way! 5 stars for James and I hope to return and stay at this property and explore Louisville (without snow!!) in the future!”

“We had an amazing time at this property. We were in town for a basketball tournament and had all our family ranging from 65 to 7 years old. Everyone had a great time. Just a short drive to Louisville. Made all our meals at the house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool house was amazing. Lots of extra room to play games and sleep.”

“This house was a perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. It is very clean, well appointed and a quick drive to downtown. There a a few walkable neighbor hood restaurants - we went to Old Louisville Tavern twice. A lot of thought has gone into making this home very welcoming and short-term stay ready.”
