“We really love this property. It's big for 2 people and spacious. We really like the location and walking distance to the restaurants. The Gulch area is not overly busy or full of people. I noticed that it is catered to mature adults. The building is quiet and the condo is cozy. We really like having 2 bathrooms. The manager was quick to respond to our request. I highly recommend this property. I love the view from the 4th floor with the large windows.”

“One of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, great communication and easy access plus easy free parking! Walk to the broadway strip in just a few minutes- plus coffee spots and restaurants close by. Apartment building is pretty cool-elevator in Foyer takes you and your luggage right to the front door of the apartment -easy access and very quiet all 3 nights :). Highly recommend!!”
