“This was a nice place that was very clean and in a safe, convenient location. It was just right for two people and it had pretty much everything we needed. I especially loved its proximity to FLW’s Rosenbaum House, located just down the street. ”

The management company was quick to respond to anything we needed. The kids loved playing the games and snuggling up under the couch blankets. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the back patio was pleasant to relax in. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again!”

“Looks are deceiving but the minute you open that yellow door it’s like stepping into another world! The property is nicely updated, clean and welcoming. We truly enjoyed all the little touches (books on Nashville, a nice collection of games, a goodie basket from the owners, and a step by step manual of how to operate everything in the house, where to go and what to see). We would most definitely stay at this property again.”

“Place was great plenty of room for 9 of us. Lots of bathroom and sleeping space. Cool outdoor views and 9 uber ride to broadway. Just was responsive and we hand no issues. It is a little tricky to find this particular unit with all in the units there but nothing crazy. I’d stay here again as it was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve used. ”

“It was an excellent place to stay. I wasn't sure when we got there, but when we went in, it was small, but comfy, very clean and cozy. The hall flooring was older, and a little squeaky, but everything else was good. The fenced-in back yard was amazing, we grilled out one night, and it was quiet and great. The kitchen had all the needed utensils, cookware, etc. that we needed. Bedrooms were perfect for two couples. I would book again. ”

“We had 10 people for our trip. House was great, had the space and bedrooms needed to accommodate everyone. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but the house was in a good spot. The host always responded quickly to answer questions for us. Even brought us extra towels when we needed. ”
