“We needed a place to evacuate to from our coastal home during Hurricane Milton. The owners are kind and generous. “It was very clean. The house has everything you need. I loved the fire pit and that there was firewood available for our use. Tuns of towels, blankets and toiletries. “Kathy was super accommodating for our stay. Her place is perfect. Very peaceful with everything you need. We enjoyed the fire pit, plentiful firewood, deck, scenery, kayaks, and played some volleyball. The house is spacious and the beds are comfy. “The weather so nice, we decided Lake Kerr was calling us for a quick getaway. We packed, hooked the jet ski up and were off. The property and cabin were very nice and the time away was just what we needed. The cabin has everything you need and was just a few steps from the beautiful water. I would have liked the swimming area to have been a little larger and cleaned out a little more for larger groups to sit out in .”

“The cabin was clean and modern. The property was picturesque: the cabin sits at the edge of the lake, surrounded by moss-draped oaks and palm trees. It made it a relaxing time in the hot tub. Having a nearby grocery store (with fresh meats) and restaurant were perfect for us. Kathy’s communication with us was always prompt through the duration of our stay. ”
