“The house was very clean and was comfortable for 2 couples. Renee, our hostess made our stay special by providing bottled water, snacks and stayed in touch via text to be sure all was good. We came here to bike and there is good biking around town leaving from the house.Also many other good trails nearby. The home is walking distance to the historic downtown which has lots of good restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay there again”

“Kathy was super accommodating for our stay. Her place is perfect. Very peaceful with everything you need. We enjoyed the fire pit, plentiful firewood, deck, scenery, kayaks, and played some volleyball. The house is spacious and the beds are comfy. “The house is great and just as described. We got to enjoy some good pool time and family time. My daughter got married in Eustis at The Little Chapel of Love and this is where we stayed. “Daniel and Rose are wonderful hosts. My time was cut short due to weather so I was bummed to have to leave early. I will definitely rent again when returning to the area. The house is spacious and the art is pretty cool! The pool is private too! Slept like a rock also. Close to everything without being in the hustle of it all. Also if you get to go see the manatees I highly recommend. Thanks so much! ”

The owner, Ms Myra, lives on the upper level.It is a fantastic place for a party with many tables and chairs, plus sofas, love seats and recliners.
