“The view was the selling point of this rental. It is located next to a busy road/bridge which made was loud. Also some minor things like the back door is poorly installed and it made a very loud humming sounds with wind (sounded like a jack hammer). Also some mold issues which I understand is high risk given its proximity to the water. Overall it was clean, spacious and the set up was very family friendly. ”

“This was our first time vacationing at Atlantic Beach. The place was perfect for us and love that it is also dog friendly. The hosts were prompt and thorough in their communication and even left a little birthday card for my son when I communicated that this was his birthday trip. The beach access was so close, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a wonderful vacation for us!”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Mermaid. It was a great location for us as my husband’s family had a beach house rented not far away but there wasn’t space for us and this space was perfect for 2 to go hang out with them and then come back to peace and quiet. I wish Emerald Isle was only 6-8 hours away instead of a 17 hr drive because I’d be back every year.”
