“This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

“My husband and I stayed in Zermatt for 3 nights, together with another couple. The location of the apartment is wonderful and we could see the Matterhorn from our balcony/living room window every day. All the main parts of the village were easily reached on foot (bakery, shopping, gondolas, trains, grocery store). The apartment could use some updates - everything is definitely a bit dated, but we were comfortable and the place was stocked with all the necessities.”
