“Fue muy facil y rapido hacer el registro de entrada. El personal era muy amable. Los cuartos eran espaciosos y muy limpios. Y un plus del hotel es su ubicacion a un lado del santuario de la mariposa monarca. Simplemente mi familia y yo quedamos encantados Butterfly Grove Inn siempre sera mi opcion en Pacific Grove.”

“Check in was not as expected. Staff was rude when asked about Tax exemption telling me they didnt do it. Told me to request it to Chamber of Commerce and only when I insisted her to clarify, she gave me a post it with an address and phone. When I contacted the Chamber after I come back home, they told me that was not accurate and suggest to contact hotel. Other members of staff were polite and amazing.”

“I had a very good time staying here, the place is very nice and pleasant, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the location was very good I didn't need to use my car for anything, everything was very close. Now I want to make a special mention to the staff, the restaurant and bar. The food was AMAZING, it was really delicious, better than any restaurant outside, just like the drinks.
