The property is super nice and definitely took advantage of the gazebo overlooking the pond. The location is great and it is very close to both Hunter and Windham. We will definitely be coming back”

“I LOVE the rustic experience, as long as certain comforts are available. This cottage was the perfect balance, providing us the freshness of the creekside and all its wild greenery, some bugginess, and a clean place to rest that wasn’t overly sterile and bland. In fact, I found the furnishings to be very thoughtful, simple and pleasing; the kitchen and bathroom were well, but not overly, stocked; there was no clutter or worry that my small dog could get into anything he shouldn’t. “Nice living and dining space. Plenty of room to spread out. with 3 bedrooms up and 2 down you can. A few of the outlets are not currently working and there may be a yellowjacket nest that needs to be dealt with near the back deck. Outside of that I would rent it again ”

“The house exceeded expectations. Extremely clean especially considering small dogs are allowed. The bedrooms are spacious. Everything is furnished beautifully, and the basement game room was a winner. Although there was snow, the kids still loved playing in the yard and morning coffee on the deck cannot be beat. The only thing that caused us trouble was the stove but I’m not used to a convection rangtop. ”

“Really great property for our family of four (two young kids) and our late December trip to Hunter Mountain. The kids loved playing in the loft and we had ample space for all in the kitchen and family room. Incredibly easy ride to the mountain each morning. Property is also set back a bit from the road which makes it feel a bit more private. Would definitely stay again.”

“Our family really enjoyed this home over a long fall weekend. The home is immaculate with plenty of space/bathrooms for my 3 adult kids and my husband and I. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. Plenty of paper products, soaps, basic spices. I appreciated how clean it was. Communication with the host was great, very responsive.
