“This house was perfect for our family's getaway to the mountains! This cozy cottage was walking distance from a variety of restaurants and shops and a short drive from Legoland and Woodbury Commons. Our only feedback was that the air conditioners needed a good scrub, one of the lamps in the bedrooms had some bugs that managed to get stuck in it, and there wasn't a blow dryer. It's clean, comfortable and has an amazing kitchen stocked w/ everything we needed (including spices and extras)...we especially appreciated having the paddleboards and kayaks (a single and a double), plus a few games and puzzles ~ This is the quieter side of the lake (distance from the rd/traffic) and we saw birds everyday (swans,swallows,eagles, herons and lots of ducks and ducklings!) It was just the right amount of space and the rental itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. “Sweet space, well-stocked and nice open living and kitchen area. We enjoyed watching birds eat from the bird feeders and a family of deer graze in the meadow and along the edge of the woods! The location was situated well for accessing nearby hiking and is not far from scenic Hudson landmarks. Excellent quiet place to relax and take things at your own pace.”

“We really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after a busy day out. Beds were very comfortable. So nice to be able to sit around and visit, instead being in a hotel, sitting on beds. We did miss having a microwave to use. Very nice and affordable.”

“Multiple family members stayed for a family graduation party nearby. Kelly was quick to respond to questions and the duplex house was beautiful, all newly done and decorated. The location was fabulous, and we only wish the weather had allowed us to enjoy a fire outside on the riverbank. My only suggestion would be to provide sheets and blankets for the couches since they are considered as beds for two people. We did find two extra pillows in one of the bedrooms and there were two throw blankets...

We loved the space around the property which was both beautiful and private, and the space was just the right size for a couple or two (it was just us of course, but we had our parents over for dinner one night and it was perfect for hosting).
