During the day there was construction (no fault of the owner) but there are rules in place to make sure that we were able to live our normal lives as a family in the evenings. Unfortunately on our first night we were woken by rodents in the ceiling and walls. I made owner aware and she apologized. I emailed her two more times about the same issue. No response which was disappointing. There was no sign of the rodents in the actual house or we would have left. I would have thought this kind of inconvenience would get more than an apology. “Booked this property for a friend and her dog. They had a quiet and restful time at the cottage and at nearby Volunteer Park. Parking in neighborhood was no problem and property was warm and cozy.”

“The house on the beach has a real cabin feel which was just what we were looking for in our winter getaway. We found the heat on but the cabin was cold when we arrived. No surprise - it was near 40F outside. There is a mini-split in the open living space and electric wall heaters in each bedroom, in the laundry room, and a heater in the bathroom. It took a while to warm the place up and we were quite comfortable once the chill in the cabin was gone.We tried using the wood burning fireplace...

“This property, right on Lake Sammamish, was spacious enough for 2 adults and two children. Great views and access to the water. Kitchen and bathroom facilities provided everything we needed for a 12 day stay. Cable tv Netflix and many books for our entertainment. Several stairs lead down to the house from car park.”
