“The guest cottage is even better than the VRBO descriptive explains...very quaint, everything you could need, wonderful sunlight in the mornings, a lovely porch with chickens doing short serenades...did you know that the Pazzis were foiled from assassinating the Medici out in the country by chickens? That is why you will see chicken shaped pitchers, seriously. So, very safe! Very quiet! And close to the park and those lovely redwood trees--the 12 apostles, the Faery Ring. Easy to get everywhere...

“We are locals and this was the perfect getaway to our favorite beach in the area. Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and one of our top hikes (Matt Davis). Perfect for a family of 4. It's part of a hub of cottages and I would love to look into booking out a block of them with families/friends. Property interior is super cute and newly renovated. Can't wait to return!”

“Absolutely charming spot steps from the sandy beach. The hosts were very thoughtful and provided an exceptional garden experience with a huge range of flowering plants. Extremely quiet.”

“The unit itself was very nice, well appointed and in a great location. It had everything we needed to cook and bake. The fresh loaf of local bread was a really nice surprise. At the time of our stay (May 2024) the staircase down to the unit was under construction. The only way down to the unit was a dangerous trail with wobbly steps. This was a challenging climb in and out, but with luggage, it was a nightmare.”

“Unit was very bright with a lot of windows, ceiling fans and AC for comfort in the warm weather. We stayed for 1 week to visit our granddaughter and family. Location was close to most everything. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it is on the street, but worked out. Host was very responsive, as we needed a bath mat for slippery tub, he immediately went out and got one for us. He also left us a lovely bottle of wine and nuts at check in!”

“I enjoyed my stay at Grace's rental. The unit was very clean and had easy parking right in front. It's up high on the hill with beautiful views of Mt. Tam. Grace was easy to reach. Just a note to anyone with mobility issues-there is a steep staircase inside so could be problematic for some. Otherwise the coffee provided was great to have, beautiful skylights and very bright in the unit. Very cute. Would stay here again. Thank you.”

“It was a pleasure to stay here, thanks Swami! The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits!”

“This is our go-to rental for Stinson Beach. It’s next door to the park and playground, across the street from Parkside snack bar, espresso shop, and restaurant, and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The host is super sweet and very responsive. We love this spot and will return again. Highly recommend”
