“firstly the location of the hotel is brilliant. and located a one minute walk from a fantastic services with a selection of food and drink. plus a large bay of fast electric car chargers. the hotel itself is basic and functional. nothing flashy but it has all you need. good beds, decent shower, large clean rooms and friendly staff. nothing really to dislike. you can park right near the front door and it’s very reasonably priced. ”

“We had a delightful stay with our dog at The Tiger. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel- we thoroughly recommend Chicken& Leek Pie. Lovely beer/lager.Our only niggle would be the rooms are all on the top floor- a few stairs to negotiate. We would stay again.”

“Unfortunately Hotels dot com double booked the room so my "guaranteed" booking was in fact not guaranteed and I had no bed for the night!! H.C knew about the lack of availability 2 days before I was told (1 hour before check in). So, with no time to find a alternative my weekend was ruined. I must stress this has nothing to do with the hotel, I just suggest you use a different company to book. ”

“Location and view fantastic, however it's a shame that cleanliness wasn't as good. I didn't expect to have to clean plates etc before use, Also numerous cobwebs dotted around, dirty floors, unironed bedding. Not exactly a great first impression. Would I recommend? Definitely not!”
