“ Clean. Photos mostly true to life, clean towels were stacked on hamper for dirty linen in kitchen. Cold and unwelcoming. Parking instructions unclear, right from what? Left from what? You could add a diagram under check in instructions to show how people should park. Security pad too complicated with no instructions in check in,only the numbers.
