We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and exploring Beale Street (a 10 min walk) as well as attending a game at FedEx Forum, all a close walk. Apartment was spacious and had the necessities. Communication with owner was easy and check in and out seamless. It was located in a nice building and I felt safe. Overall, we had a good experience”

Poorly maintained, rusty stove, peeling paint,etc. Left the property almost immediately and had to scramble to find alternate lodging..2 days later still have not seen our funds refunded. Needless to say we will try to avoid Patroy Homes in the future”
