“We have been using rentals for 10 yrs. and without a doubt this is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. There is a genuine feel of being at home with this rental. The owners thought of any and every need you could have, from multiple coffee choices to extra bed sheets & towels to books and games. “Very clean townhome with all the necessary amenities. Owner was quickly responsive to all communications. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Next door neighbor had a Halloween party on a Sunday night that lasted until 3am. Wasn’t horribly loud but could hear enough noise that I needed to use my noise canceling headphones to sleep. The other nights were very quiet and peaceful. Would stay there again in the future. ”

“Everything was nice and neat. They were super easy to communicate with. We had a little issue with the main building door keyless entry. Other than that everything was great.”

“My wife and I were attending a show and stayed for a night. It's fairly close to the Aragon Ballroom and has lots of dining options nearby. The host was attentive and easy to reach. He even shoveled the snow at 11pm; as it had snowed during the show and when it was over several inches had fallen. Well done sir, cleanest walk in the neighborhood.Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The unit is as described, very clean, nice modern decor and with many items to enhance your stay. Being a basement unit it was a bit cold, and the heat is controlled from the main house. But the hosts were quick to respond to messages and a request for the heat to be bumped up for comfort. There was also a space heater provided which we took advantage of. The bed was very comfortable, but note low to the floor if you have any joint/mobility challenges. The steps down...

“Quiet, fun place to stay. The apartment was clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Didn't see a single neighbor during our stay. There are a lot of stairs, just in case you overpack and have a gigantic suitcase. The beds were comfortable. One of the queen bedrooms does not have exterior windows, there's a window above the door, but that just made it the quietest room in the place. Very cute, we'll be back!”

“The location is great if you are attending an event at the UChicago. The apartment is big and bright. A couple of small issues - the paint in the shower (the tiles were painted over!) is peeling and falling off while you shower and the cleaning needs to be a little more thorough with the floor boards. The biggest problem was the heat. It is a radiator system. I am sure it works great when the building people actually turn it on, but it was not on when we were there. It was 39 degrees outside,...
