“The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. ”

“This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. ”

“One of the nicest vacation rentals ever. The home was immaculate - kudos to whomever does the cleaning. Very spacious home, beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped. “The property was exactly as described, very cozy and very clean. The sound of the lake, the quiet, the atmosphere, everything contributed to the overall peaceful sensation we enjoyed at the lake. The only downfall was that the check in process was a little stressful, as the exact checkin process was not described until we got into direct contact with the owner, who was very nice.
