“Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed & great location! The beds were amazingly comfortable which is very hard to find with our bad backs. Sue made sure we had all we needed with some yummy supplies on arrival down to the quality toilet paper (it’s the little things that count) 😉 Our little toy poodle was very happy with the little fenced back yard & beautiful park to walk through just around the corner 😍 We look forward to staying here again!”

“Very comfortable, clean, incredibly easy to communicate with. Drop and pick up staff was very helpful, and informative and super prompt. Water pressure in shower was awesome, bed and pillows was my loss of one star. Flat pillows. Over 4.9 stars. Loved everything. ”

“Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer. Have a late check out because a late flight. I will stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Cooinda Gardens from 1st April until 6th April 2024. We travelled to Hamilton Island for my daughters Wedding which was on the 4th April. The views from the balcony were stunning as was my daughter's wedding pictures that were taken in the house and on the balcony. It was very clean, loads of room especially for large families like ours, Netflix was great for the rainy friday we all spent at home, bright and airy and just that nice distance away from the hustle...

“We stayed at this alert ent before ,however it is starting to look tied Although the kitchen has everything The knives are not great and cutlery aged As is the worn worktop and old toaster . The tv and air con are great but the leather sofa has no support in the seating and feels like your falling through it . Not sure we would book this apartment again unless it’s revamped . The rental managers were great and supplied extra towels and shampoo .”

“Overall outstanding - only minor negative observations - (1) fabulous kitchen and barbecue equipment however some basic condiments (e.g. salt, pepper, oil, water) would have avoided the need to buy, then waste by having to throw away the remainder. Other accommodation we have stayed in seem to cover this - there may be some specific reason why this cannot happen so may be an unfair criticism. “Great location and suited our needs. Private pool area to keep away from the crowds. Close walk to beach and other facilities on Catseye beach. Only down side was nowhere to hang clothes and no one came to fix it. No Wifi but advertised, would not connect no matter what we tried”

“Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. ”

“Lovely apartment with everything you could need. We stayed here for 5 nights - the apartment had everything you could have needed from kitchen facilities to outdoor balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy the view. Only 10 minute drive into main area of Airlie too so was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. ”

“Our fourth trip to Hamilton Island. The setting is lovely but the property is showing its age. Hair dryer didn't work. Tiny TV in the bedroom was faulty. Safe didn't work. Floors were a bit grubby. For the price, if you are travelling to Hamilton Island I would certainly explore other alternatives.”
