“The view was beautiful, but the house needs some work done for example lights around the pool were broken, there were cockroaches, windows were dirty, broken dishwasher and microwave, no plates/cups in downstairs kitchen. Balcony was dirty.”

“We loved our stay and the beautiful presentation of the property. Extremely well equipped, even down to an Esky top go to the IGA or picnic! The buggy held charge all day and is very capable. And the view is sensational. We'll definitely be back. Our only negatives are the oven not working properly and the inability to have a shower at a consistent temperature. The gas system seemed to operate at boiling or zero. Many, many litres of water wasted trying to get a usable temperature.”

“This property was just perfect for myself and 2 sisters. The home was right near the park and we walked through the park to the beach every day. It was very spacious with the main bedroom, ensuite and a 2nd lounge area on the bottom floor and the other 2 bedrooms, kitchen, main bathroom and main lounge area upstairs. “This property provided everything we expected and more! The house is lovely and has everything you need and more - a home away from home. Conway Beach is beautiful. Amazing location if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Our host Jenny was both kind and accommodating and went out of her way to ensure that we had nice stay. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. :) We will definitely be back! ”

“Stayed October 2024. The house is pretty much as they described in the listing. We had a family of 8 and the layout worked quite well for us. Plenty of entertaining area both inside and out. The view is amazing we could see turtles and sharks from our balcony!! The pool area we did not use at all as was in such a bad position and sitting outside at the property smelt quite badly (not sure if it was sewerage) and seemed very run down. “Minor maintenance issues had to be reported but overall the home is a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. The golf buggy provided with the home was much appreciated and is essential given the home is quite some distance from the main areas of the Hamilton Island resort facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a large family group.”

“This was a family celebration and holiday for my 70th birthday. There were 4 adults and 5 children with ages ranging from 9-14. We each had our own bedroom and there were 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and multiple outdoor and dining areas. The hosts were amazing and the few problems we had were fixed immediately. I can highly recommend this property”
