“We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was really nice. We were super happy with the air conditioning with the heat wave that week. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, the kids loved the water slide. Getting to restaurants was around a 10 minutes drive. They do have a restaurant there but we didn’t try it. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We found the property very convenient for getting to restaurants and other activities. Warning about stairs and tub is accurate for those with mobility issues. Great place for a couple to visit Reno.”

“Very nice place. Had all the things we needed. Did not have air conditioning so it was a bit hot. Was not able to get property to text or call me back with check in instructions and key code so I had to continually call u til I found someone to help me. But other than that is was a good stay”

“We had a great time at cabin 13. Perfect for 2 people, bed was comfortable and kitchen nicely equipped. Right on the beach, beautiful view.”

“I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10”
