“The room was cute but very small — I had read the reviews and knew this before arriving. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and mingling with other guests. The host was wonderful! We accidentally dropped one of our keys in the parking lot, and she found it and kindly put it back in our lockbox for us. Overall, we had a great stay!”

“Our group of four - two couples - had a great week at this condo! The location on Stock Island is nice because you’re close to Old Town KW but not in the thick of things, so you can sit on the patio or chill in the pool to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean although I gave four stars simply because the cleaning folks need to give the floor a good mopping. We are clean people but walking around the condo gave us black feet. Not a huge deal! Kitchen, baths, everything else was very clean....

“What a perfect location! We were able to walk almost everywhere and were able to Uber everywhere else. The room is SMALL, but it’s super clean and comfortable. Communication was A, and the dehumidifier was the perfect addition. We would definitely stay here again and again. ”

“Clean, convenient, great floor plan, has an elevator, pool and jacuzzi. Next to the airport so seating on the patio could be very noisy. Overall, I would rent it again.”

“The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. ”
