“Mark’s property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, especially the master bedroom. The outdoor spaces are wonderful - the private pool was great for a dip after traveling around KW. “The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. TV/cable instructions would have been very helpful. The upstairs hallway smoke detector triggered for no apparent reason and i had to stand on a stool to deactivate it -kind of dangerous.”

“You could ask for nothing more at Kevin and Heather's villas. Every need is met - breakfast, snacks, daily happy hour. Villa was comfy, beds were comfy, pool was gorgeous and hot tub was warm and inviting. Plenty of friendly neighbors to talk to at the hot tub nightly or on the front porch at breakfast. Heather and Kevin made my 60th birthday trip special - they even did a birthday cake shot for Happy Hour! Loved our short time there and hope to go back next year.”

“The villas are very well located, close to restaurants, bars and all the social life of Key West, they treated us very well, they gave us a welcome bottle of wine, the villa equipped with everything necessary to make the stay a pleasure, Clean with luxury amenities for guests. The employees were wonderful and they offered continental breakfast every day. I would return to the place many times”

“We had a wonderful time. It is an older, smaller boat but we enjoyed it. There is a port a pot in the cabin but there is a huge shower and bathroom under the carport. We were able to fish right off the boat. Frank will answer texts pretty quickly. ”
