“This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. “There were 7 adults and 3 children. The place was very accommodating for our group. Nice large kitchen and table for meals. Plenty of space and areas to relax. The dock was in good condition and fairly easy to get to. The location is convenient for having a boat and swimming as there is less boat traffic. It may be a little challenging for some as there is only a rough path down to the dock/water. We did not have trouble parking three cars and a trailer (for 16-foot boat). ”

“We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand. ”

Unfortunately, there was a power outage, obviously not the fault of the property management , but we had no refrigeration or hot water for half of the rental period. Also the two garbage cans were full to the brim upon our arrival.
