Property was great and great location. House was very nice but very dirty. We needed to sweep and vacuum. Oven was so dirty it smoked up the whole house. Back shower had no water pressure and unusable. Host was great and loved the chocolates and wine. House was charming and old

Wonderful stay for Derby week
This charming 2nd floor apartment was the PERFECT place for our group to relax and unwind after days of bourbon tasting, sightseeing, and (of course) horse racing. Jarred was a pleasure to work with, and made sure our stay was outstanding.

Located in historic district, this home is old but mostly updated, with some chart. We had some difficulty using smart tv, which was not ideal due to it being a weekend of football.

All the Comforts of Home
We loved our stay in Old Louisville! The apartment is clean and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, couches and tables and I could have sat on the balcony forever! Tons of space. Everything you need in the kitchen, location close to everything, and street parking was always available directly in front of the house. A+. Some things I hadn’t seen in other reviews: the owner clearly lives in the apartment, with clothes in the closets and food in the fridge & cabinets. The second shower has obviously been out of service for a long time and there is no door handle in the main bath. The apartment is on the outer edge of Old Louisville. None of this would stop me from re-booking at this great apartment, but others could find it helpful.

Great location with respect to places we wanted to visit. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen missing a few items: toaster, pot holders/hot pads, rubber spatula, coffee pot that is not a Keurig. Apartment house next door is a little dicey - police visit to assist quietly w domestic issue, loud talking outside at midnight. Someone in building smokes marjuama daily.

Historic Heaven
Perfect property for our two couples. We visited Churchill Downs & Louisville Slugger museum. Easy drive to both locations. A+ on cleanliness. Loved the charm of the old home and neighborhood. We spent most of our time on the veranda. The road was busy and was loud at the cross street but no worries. Could not hear any of it inside. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Great having the two bathrooms. The owner provided great info on places within walking distance. We enjoyed looking at the historic homes on our quest for food. I may have missed in the listing that it was on the second floor but it is an easy climb. Thank you for the hospitality and sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Victorian Home
We had just the best time visiting Louisville! The condo did not disappoint. It was spacious, clean and charming. The space was more than adequate for 4 people. The beds were extremely comfortable. We used the back patio which was lovely, green and lush. The patio porch on the front of the house was perfect to sit out and enjoy a cocktail or coffee. The homeowner was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again. I rate this a 5 star property.

Clean, Quiet Home In Old Lville!
I visited Louisville with my fiance, brother and sister in law. This condo was the perfect size of two couples. None of us had any complaints, so here is a list of all of the things I liked about the place: 1. Front-row parking 2. Prime location in pretty neighborhood 3. Awesome patio 4. Great couches (3 recliners!) 5. Comfy beds 6. Last but not least, attentive host (I talk a lot and he was always quick to respond!)
