“Friendliest Welcome from a receptionist I’ve had in a long time! This top customer service continued throughout my stay, from the spa, restaurant staff and the cleaners! Beautiful hotel, very clean, stunning location and the spa was gorgeous spotlessly clean. My room was small (I did only book a single and at £65 for bed, breakfast and use of the spa was a bargain), but it was really comfy and very clean! I only had breakfast, and it was again the best I’ve had at a hotel in ages. Good...

“El hotel es muy justillo, se ve antiguo y con mobiliario viejo. La puerta es fina, ni siquiera llega hasta el suelo, por lo que se oye a cualquiera que pase por el pasillo y la sensación es de inseguridad total. La habitación estaba sin limpiar, encontramos una bolsa llena de restos de comida de Mcdonalds. Además hacía mucho frio y cuando preguntamos en recepción nos dijeron que “luego” se encendería, resultó que la encendieron a las 21h y a media noche la apagaron, con una media de 9 grados...
