“While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...

“Our room had a huge leak in the sink. The rug was all wet and the door electric knob was broken. The comforter was dirty and we pay 2 nights and stay just one and checked out expecting to receive the refund of our night as agreed with the manager that day. Expedia has mentioned that they do not agreed to refund because of hotel policies this is unacceptable due to the conditions of the room.”
