“If you are looking to stay in the heart of Lancaster this is your place. Walking distance to lots of quaint shops and local eateries. Close to many other things. The check in and out process was very easy and owner communicated very well. Messages were sent in plenty of time. This house is right in the city so on street parking is all you have but there was always a space close to the house. Really enjoyed our stay!!”

“Communications with host was always very quick and precise. The living room was spacious and comfy. Quiet over the weekend and at night. There were several parks minutes away, plenty of time spent walking the dogs and enjoying the scenery. Hershey Park is about 25 minutes away and Lancaster Amish Country about 40 minutes. Several restaurants 5-10 minutes away, not a problem finding places to eat in or take out.”

“What a great experience in the Tiny Estates. Everything was easy as far as access and communication. We were in town for a wedding and only needed an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and the rest of the home was super cute. Would stay again anytime!!”

“Great house for our family! Loved the outdoor space. Pool, hot tub, patio, outdoor kitchen and fireplace were awesome! Peaceful pond setting was nice too. Close to shopping (10 minutes) and close enough to Knoebels (35 minutes). Hosts were very responsive! ”

“Had a great time there, perfect size for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Enjoyed using the fire pit at night. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Appreciate the stocked coffee bar. Only con was proximity to the road, it was louder then I am used to and it took me a night to adjust, but I did get used to it. Also, I enjoy going on morning walks and there is a great neighborhood across the street that is safe to walk in.”

“Quiet, lovely stay. This place is great as a homebase for a stay in the area. It is a little dated but everything works, it is clean, roomy, and comfortable. The host is very responsive, check in and out is easy. Highly recommend. ”

“Ted and Sharon were great hosts. We enjoyed talking with them. They welcomed us into their home. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had just about everything we needed. We were within 10-15 minutes of most attractions. It was quiet and we loved sitting outside on the back patio. Wish our stay was longer. If the opportunity arose we’d love to come back.”
