Great tiny house design with top end designer amenities. ”

“I was excited about this property, it was right where we wanted to be with our family. The check in was easy enough but that first day I noticed a garbage/sewage smell outside. I figured maybe it was a neighbors garbage and didnt think much of it. Settled my baby in only to realize there was no toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, water drinking glasses, or garbage bags etc So I ran out at 6pm to get those supplies. The next day I noticed someone (no official uniform or truck etc) was fiddling...

“Ok, if you are considering staying here, place is big and nice open concept. Two big refridgerators and kitchen dining room are lovely. Pool tables felt is very dirty and cues are down to wood. Outside pool is cracked and leaking so hose water needs to be constantly running making water cold. Deck has many soft spots and a couple of holes. Not like picture...no plants and outdoor furniture moldy....would not sit on love seat area. No one did. Needs a good bleaching. Great to have a washer and...

“We had a wonderful family vacation. The house had accommodations for babies through adults. There was space for everyone to spread out. We all enjoyed the pool and the big yard. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are already tss as liking about coming back next year.”

“Margaret is just wonderful. We felt like we were staying at a dear family member’s home. Stayed in her very private upstairs suite and it was perfect for me, my wife and our pup. He had a blast running around the yard, meeting the chickens going to the bay beach etc. We had the best time! Thank you Margaret!!”
