“Really loved this place. Unique architecture. Beautifully decorated, with a great sense of detail. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly (shoutout to Abel and Shirley). “The check-in went well, but downhill from there. We had the family room but used 1 room. It was hot! The pool water was deep green and we could not see the bottom. We were told that it was going to be cleaned “tomorrow”. It took days to clean so no pool for 3 days and then the next day we were on a tour. “The worst service we have ever received from a hotel/Bnb. It was a very hot 32 degree day and the air conditioner was broken in our room. We asked for another room when we we told the bnb was fully occupied which was understandable. We then requested that we get a refund for our accommodation because we couldn’t stay in a room that was so hot. The owner told us we needed to wait for her maintenance guy who was a 2 hour drive away, let alone the amount of time it would take him to repair a broken...
