“We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was...

“We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star.”

“The hotel is located on a small hill away from the rush of the town. The rooms are spacious and with a good view. The kitchen does not have a tandoor but they get stuff from a near by restaurant which is well equipped, in fact you can walk down there for a multi cuisines. ”
