"Es un gran hotel por su localización está a dos minutos de la estación de tren y tiene enfrente parada de bus. Muy buena opción. El desayuno es bueno y variado."

"Como recomendación práctica, generalmente no se habla mucho inglés en Japón es muy raro fuera de Tokyo encontrar personas que hables inglés entonces es tener paciencia y usen su traductor de portátil o celular para traducir, si es que no hablan japonés."

"Excelente ubicación ya que puedes acceder a la estación de tren desde el hotel. Hay muchas opciones de restaurante a unos cuantos pasos del hotel, también tiendas departamentales. La limpieza, el personal y el servicio excelente."

"Worst hotel experience of my life! First they are not in nagano they are in other city like 40 minutes from the downtown, you need to take a bus and then walk through a dark and rough road !!! they hotel have a little bus with just 10 seats for like 400 rooms and just with 4 different hours to take it to downtown but it’s super old and it’s always fully reserved !!!! the hotel is super old and ugly, the service sucks, they don’t even speak English and took us more than a hour to make the check in and they offer to take some water and peanuts to wait jajajajaja We book 3 nights but we just stay one night and we book other one even if that make us loosing the money we paid !!! We felt like I was in North Korea the design is awful and super old , to be honest I never expected something like that in Japan! We already was traveling through more than 6 different cities of Japan and every hotel was very good and clean but this one was super the opposite ! They should call them self a hotel or even a resort! the carpet on the room and in the lobby have blood, they just never clean it !!! This kind of property doesn’t should be able to be in a web like Expedia ! Take care of them. "

"Un hotel muy bonito que recomiendo ampliamente, el personal es muy amable, te explican perfecto todos los servicios. Las habitaciones son amplias y me encanta que tengan radio con música retro. Habitaciones con 2 camas, cómodas, ropa de cama y almohadas limpias y cómodas así como la pijama! El baño tiene buen tamaño, la habitación tiene ventana y frigobar así como televisión. Los muebles del hotel son hermosos. Las amenidades como shampoo, jabón y demás huelen bien y son de buena calidad. El onsen es un servicio incluido que merece la pena visitar. El restaurante es acogedor y el menú muy rico, la mermelada es una delicia! Sin duda volvería al hotel! Como plus, puedes solicitar que el shuttle te lleve al aeropuerto sin costo adicional."
