“The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. ”

“Schneller Check In, geräumige gute Zimmer, sagenhafter Ausblick auf das Kaisergebirge, sehr ruhig, Sauna, Pool, tolles Frühstück. Sehr nett und aufgeschlossen war die Frühstücksbedienung. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, Parkplätze reichlich direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Restaurant ca. 500m entfernt. Alles bestens für schöne Ulaubstage oder zur Durchreise. ”

“We stayed here for 1 night. It is in a good location a few minutes drive from Soll. The breakfast was great...although we were never offered the sparkling wine we saw other tables drinking! The rooms are in good condition and the bathrooms are old but clean. Lovely view from the windows.”

“This was our first ski trip to Europe. The manager Sandra and her staff made for a wonderful experience. Our room was large and comfortable. Although it was immediately over the bar/restaurant, the hotel quieted down completely by about 10:15 each night. Breakfasts were amazing and we had dinner at the Seebichl twice.
