“Avi's property was beautiful. Everything is fresh and new. The apartment uses space thoughtfully. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the view from the private patio is wonderful. Avi communicates well and has a house book with everything you need to know and great recommendations. It is conveniently located to everything on the Kailua- Kona side. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway for a couple or single.”

“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

Although the room itself is small, the unit had everything we needed (mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, beach towels, fans, etc) and was super clean upon arrival. “This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. “Condo was newly renovated and was a comfortable stay. Location is great as you can walk to restaurants, etc. Overall it's a great place for a couple to stay in Kona.Reviews saying that parking is bad are semi-true as it's a first come, first serve place without enough spots for all tenants. Just prepare yourself if you come back later in the evening you'll most likely have to park on the side of the road. “My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Palms room. It was really peaceful and it had the accommodations we needed for a quick two night stay. The description of the property is very accurate. You may need ear plugs if you're not used to the sound of koki frogs at night. The noises were not an issue for us. They do have complimentary ear plugs. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling without kids!”
